Travelinglight Counseling

I am a graduate of Grace University in Omaha, NE, with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health, with a concentration in Marriage & Family and Addictions Counseling. I am currently licensed in Washington, Idaho and Nebraska. I am certified in ADHD assessments and treatment as well as DBT skills. I have a history working with college students, couples, individuals, rural populations, corporate communities, under-housed persons, and addictions counseling. Some types of treatments I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, solution focus therapy, grief counseling, and attachment therapy. Additionally, I teach DBT skills.
